When it comes to Personal Training, I recognize that each client has their own goals, needs and expectations. In fact, I pride myself on offering a personalized service which approaches your training in a holistic manner. Your personal goals are at the forefront of my programming. During my 18 years in the industry I have worked with an incredibly diverse range of people; elite athletes, pregnant women and new mums, people suffering debilitating injuries, busy corporates, actors, doctors, yoga teachers.....to name a few!
My sessions are always unique and varied and my goal is to have you leave your session feeling energised, motivated and satisfied. Exercise should be an enjoyable part of your life, not something you dread doing and seeing clients experience that enjoyment and achieve lasting change is the reason I do what I do!
My Outdoor Group Training “Dawnbreakers” was established over 12 years ago in Port Melbourne and offers an alternative to traditional boot camps.
The classes are aimed at improving your; fitness, strength, balance, coordination, posture, vitality and body composition. I program specifically to each individual within the group environment, making the classes suitable to men and women of all fitness levels. A variety of workout equipment is used including; Kettlebells, gymsticks, medicine balls, fitballs, dura discs, ropes, hurdles, speed parachutes, agility equipment, battle ropes, TRX pilates rings and much more.
All participants have access to: a confidential health and exercise/injury assessment, nutritional screening, take-home workouts, lifestyle advice, weekly wellness emails, a monthly newsletter and a wonderful team of participants.
