You will experience a blend of motivation, expertise, and evidence based guidance designed to unlock a new level of health and vitality. My coaching is not about quick fixes ~ It's about cultivating lasting transformation through clarity, strategy, and support. Together, we will create a clear vision for your future and focus on meaningful behaviour change across the areas of your life that matter most. We'll identify the patterns and habits that are no longer serving you and replace them with new ways of thinking, feeling and acting that are aligned with the person you aspire to become. My role is to help facilitate sustainable, positive change while keeping you accountable and inspired. With my support, you'll move steadily toward your goals, equipped with tools to navigate challenges and stay on track. The result is not simply to "get by" but to truly live well ~ with purpose, energy, and confidence that extends into every part of your life.

Firstly, we chat via phone or Skype to make sure we are a good match and to find out a little more about each other.


Well-being assessment

Prior to our first session, you will receive a confidential well-being assessment that will assess various aspects of your health and well-being. I will send you this via email :) Click here for an example of what we will cover……….


Initial Consultation

Your first consultation is where clarity and direction begin. Together, we will review your assessment and explore the areas of your life where change is most desired. From there we will shape a clear vision of the future you want to create ~ defining what you want to achieve and more importantly, why it matters to you. We'll establish meaningful goals for the next three months and design a practical weekly action plan to keep you moving forward. This plan is reviewed regularly, with new goals added as needed, ensuring steady progress toward your overall vision. Please allow 90 minutes for this session.

WHAT COMES NEXT? EXACTLY HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Our Wellness Coaching relationship is a unique one; Some coaching clients work with me every week, while others may touch base 4 times a year. There is no 'one size fits all' approach. The initial consultation package includes an additional coaching session to ensure you are on track.


And then?

Future sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and based on your Wellness Vision. These sessions can incorporate:

  • Personalised Wellness Programs to bring you balance, love, happiness and optimal health. 
  • Personalised Exercise and Movement Programs and/or Personal Training to inspire joy in physical activity and increase vitality and energy.
  • Personalised Nutritional Advice to ensure you develop a healthy relationship with food and learn to eat for nourishment and abundant, sustained energy.

How I define wellness:

For me, it's vibrant health, authentic happiness, and a sense of balance. Wellness is the intuitive ability to make choices that allow me to feel my best, and in turn, radiate positive energy both within and outward.

But this isn't about my definition ~ it's about yours! True wellness begins when you create your own personal vision of health, well-being, and success my role is to guide and support you in clarifying that vision and bringing it to life.
