You will experience motivation, expertise, guidance and inspiration, as you navigate a new level of health and wellness. Wellness coaching is all about helping you create a vision for your future, focusing on behaviour change in all aspects of your life that require attention. Together, we identify habits that are not serving you then create new ways of thinking and feeling that are aligned with the person you want to be. My job is to help facilitate positive, lasting change and my support will help you stay on track as you move toward your overall vision. You will learn to 'live well' as opposed to just existing.
Firstly, we chat via phone or Skype to make sure we are a good match and to find out a little more about each other.
Prior to our first session, you will receive a confidential well-being assessment that will assess various aspects of your health and well-being. I will send you this via email :) Click here for an example of what we will cover……….
During our initial consultation we will review your assessment, discussing the areas where change is desired. We create your vision for the future, identifying what you want to achieve and why. Three monthly goals are set and we also nut out your weekly action plan. This plan will be reviewed regularly and where necessary, further goals are set to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.
NB: You will need to set aside 90 mins for this session. All coaching sessions can be conducted online or in person.
Our Wellness Coaching relationship is a unique one; Some coaching clients work with me every week, while others may touch base 4 times a year. There is no 'one size fits all' approach. The initial consultation package includes another coaching session to make sure you are on track.
How I define wellness:
Vibrance, great health, authentic happiness and balance. For me, Wellness means the intuitive ability to make choices that help me feel amazing so I can radiate positive energy within and to others.
But this is not about me! How do you define wellness? Your journey towards wellness begins with creating your personal definition of well-being and success. It's my job to help you with that.
